“Y” here is a curiosity generating semi-vowel , asking for its suitable full form.
“Y” might be youth , “Y” might be male-deciding chromosome , “Y ” might be some sci-fi quantum mechanics variable …..blah blah….brain roams like that.
well “y” stands for youth here and has been chosen to resemble the mystique issues Y2K gen youth is facing.
Be it the crumbling expectations of parents who are hell bent to sail out of middle class via tapping the talent of these kids , or the transition phase issues of societies which are getting liberalized in a strange way.
i am going to delve on the 3 issues which are in trend now a days and embezzling our youth as no body.
1- What is the success ? why so much hulla-ballu about it?
2-How to find a meaning midst 5 block life ( degree–mnc–Flat–wife–SUV)?
3- How to survive the enraging capitalism which have increased the competitiveness of work so much that work itself is rendering incompetence to life rather supporting it ?
Lets crack these puzzles one by one .
1- what is the success and……………………………. it ?
:: Basic reason lies in the distortion of meaning of success , which has been deliberately caused to serve market oriented interests of companies and financial behemoths.
we are being fed in such a way by advertisement industry that we have forgot the basic nature and essentials of life . we have lost the balance in education too.
education is teaching so much about “performance in life ” that people unable to think / plan about “peace in life “.
i am not lobbying for leaving all productive tasks and get lazy , all i am proposing is to “not be blind ” . ” not allow other’s or illusions created by others to guide and goad your life “and “make peace as a priority”.
we need to re-learn that high analytic skills , intense negotiation skills . quantitative and qualitative aptitude ….all they are not virtues , they are just one set of tool among many sets , to achieve the real virtues of life i.e peace , happiness , health and constructive co-existence.
