I aint a law expert who will detail the debate with tons of logics and excerpts.

as a common and aware human , its not tough to precept  that umpteen no. of times law contradicts or atleast does’t comply with humanitarian approach of justice.

No constitution can exactly define the rule, punishment for each possible permutation and combination of social situations , its the ethical rigidity and maturity of executive body which ensures the just interpretation of law which may ultimately relegate justice.

actually issue starts being grey when our value based education society changes its face as we grow , and it starts to teach us about acclimatization of our attitude for following or ensuring the law rather making us capable of  using our natural sense of good an d bad , over scripted laws.

if laws have the pride of creating arranged societies , they also bear the responsibility of some of the most tragic mass scale crimes of human history which were feasible just because moot  acceptance of government orders and laws.

Be it Nazis , followers of any tyrant , crusaders …all were following some established laws while committing some most heinous crimes of history of humanity.

our society-government interface needs more maturity and part of our society must become more active in deciding day to day justice related tasks of our society.
